I just set up a Google AdWords account for a client yesterday…..with specific keywords as would normally do…
Today, I go into the account and discover erroneous keywords I DID NOT include…..Google has decided to “automatically expand” the broad match option with keywords THEY feel I should include in the campaign.
You better read this page – or you’ll have the same headache I now have! Google has given me a big headache, and ripping us all off by “suggesting” additional spending without our permission first!
We all need to contact Google – or SUE them!
